Services and booking

What do you photograph?

Headshots and personal branding, real estate and listings, brokerage and corporate events, engagements, family portraits, and lifestyle sessions. Weddings are not currently offered.

Where are you based?

Glendale, California. We cover greater Los Angeles as standard. Travel to Santa Barbara, Orange County, Palm Springs, and beyond is available with a travel fee.

Do you work with French speaking clients?

Oui. The studio is fully bilingual French English.

How do I book?

Email r@studiorubenb.com or book directly through the site. You'll receive a contract and invoice through HoneyBook. A non refundable deposit secures your date.

How far in advance should I book?

Real estate and headshots can usually be scheduled within the week. Branding sessions and events are best booked 2 to 4 weeks out. Peak season (spring and fall) fills faster.

Pricing and payment

How much do sessions cost?

Headshots start at $400 for a 30 minute solo session. Personal branding packages are $1,200. Real estate listings start at $350. Event coverage is $500 per hour with a 3 hour minimum. Full pricing on the Real Estate and Headshots and Branding pages.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A non refundable deposit holds your date. The remaining balance is due the day of the session

Do you offer packages or group rates?

Yes. Group headshot days for offices and teams are $250 per agent with 8 or more agents booked at the same location, same day. Office level retainers available for brokerages.

How will I receive my photos?

All photos are delivered through a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images. Prints and albums can also be ordered directly from the gallery.

During the session

How long is a typical session?

Headshots: 30 minutes to 1 hour. Branding sessions: 2 hours. Engagements and family portraits: 1 to 2 hours. Events: 3 hours minimum.

Can I request specific shots?

Yes. Before every session we walk through a shot list, references, and must have moments. For branding sessions, we also discuss wardrobe, location, and tone.

What if it rains on an outdoor session?

We track the forecast and reschedule at no cost if conditions won't work. Real estate exterior shoots are weather dependent and rescheduled the same way.

Delivery and editing

How fast will I see my photos?

Within 48 hours of the session, you receive a complete gallery with a first wave of edits. You then select your favorites for full editing.

How many photos do I receive fully edited?

Headshots and portraits: up to 5 fully edited final images, color graded and retouched. Branding sessions and events: edit counts scale with the package. Real estate: all delivered images are fully edited and MLS ready within 48 hours.

Can I get more edited photos?

Yes. Additional fully edited images can be added at $40 each.

How long does full editing take?

Up to 2 weeks from the moment you make your selection. Rush turnaround available on request.

How do I receive my photos?

Through a private Pic Time gallery. You can view, download, share, and order prints or albums directly from the gallery.

Policies

Cancellation and rescheduling.

Deposits are non refundable. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Illness or emergencies are handled case by case.

Who owns the photos?

The studio retains copyright. You receive full personal use rights to print, share, and post your photos. Commercial use (advertising, paid promotion, third party licensing) requires a separate commercial license.

Will my photos be used on social media or the website?

Sometimes. We may feature select images for portfolio and marketing use. If you prefer your photos stay private, let us know before the session and we'll honor that.
